10 lbs in 10 days?
Got your attention there didn’t I? Well, I couldn’t have ALL the fun without you.
So truth be told, I haven’t really done much to help my body since I finished the half marathon a few weeks ago. So, I decided it was time to kick off my “Ok-Seriously-Now-Maddie-Let’s-Treat-Our-Body-Right-And-be-Nice-to-it-Again” phase. How am I doing that? Oh, thanks for asking!
My wonderful sister and mother-in-love (and Burley for the beginning phase) are also accompanying me on this journey, which I am STOKED about.
So this morning we all kicked off day 1 (fruit day). Not too shabby!

More importantly, I have never really TRULY stuck to a detox/cleanse plan before, and I can’t wait to feel it rejuvenate my body and get everything back into high-performance gear for the remainder of my weight loss goals ahead.
